Who we are

I’m Nancy Poller. I set up my design studio, Aligned Design Co, ten years ago. At the time I hardly knew the experiences it would bring my way, or the inner work I’d need to do.

I’ve been supported by some incredible people and practices along the way, who have helped me stay on my own path and connect to my inner compass.

I believe your business is a reflection of you, but more than that, it’s a vessel to take you on adventures and expand who you are. I hope you’ll join me as we co-create this community of explorers!
